Back in Action

As promised, after taking time off for three months from work including emceeing, I am now back in action.
Co-emceed with a former colleague, Zaharah Othman, a gathering to celebrate the launch of Wan Ahmad Hulaimi aka Awang Goneng's latest book "A Map of Trengganu" at the RA Fine Art - The Gallery at Solaris Dutamas, KL on Sunday, May 1.
It brought back fond memories of our days in the Malay Service of the BBC London's World Service (Radio) where Zaharah and I used to work in the 1980s. Hulaimi and Zaharah, who have been living in London since the 80's, were prior to that my ex-colleagues in the Editorial Department of the New Straits Times (NST) in the mid 70's.

The Map of Trengganu is the sequel to the first highly successful Growing Up In Trengganu launched two years ago.
