Speaker of the House of Representatives Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Haji Mulia opened the 15th General Assembly of the Asia Pacific Parliamentarians' Conference on Environment and Development (APPCED) at the Mutiara Crowne Plaza on 7 June 2011. Delegates from 20 countries attended the Conference.
